Arthur D. Little and Columbia Business School Conference on Middle Market Buyouts

The recent dislocation in the credit markets has received significant press recently and has had a material impact on financing and buyout activity. Challenging economic conditions in the coming months will continue to test business models of most companies and investment theses of their investors. To explore what this means for the mid-sized private equity funds, Arthur D. Little and Columbia Business School convened a unique industry symposium of senior investment professionals from the leading buyout funds focused on the middle market.
